Delivery and Returns

We understand the urgency of your orders and strive to ensure that our shipments reach you as early as possible. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call/SMS from our Customer Service Representative. Once your order is confirmed, it will be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Most items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched same day on orders placed and paid for before 1:00pm. Otherwise 48 hours after order is placed. However, items that are sourced from external / international locations are subject to availability with the supplier/owner

We offer Free shipping on all orders within & outside Lagos on Orders above 20,000 Naira orders placed. Standard shipping rates apply otherwise. Most outside Lagos shipping are shipped via KOS Nationwide Delivery or Others.


2.      International Orders


International shoppers have the option to view prices in US Dollars , Pounds and Euros. All international Orders are shipped via DHL with a projected delivery time of 7- 10 business days and standard shipping rates apply.


Unexpected delays may occur with the shipment and if you don’t receive your order within the allotted time, kindly track your shipments with the tracking number provided or call our Customer Service desk for speedy resolution.


RETURNS

Return requests originating from major cities in Nigeria are handled via eShipped.


Returning a product from these cities involves:


1. Call Magcorp Customer Service and request a return.


2. Log in the reason for your returning the item with our staff.


3. Our courier partner is instructed to collect the items from you.


4. We will send a replacement item in exchange OR


5. You can use that coupon to order the same item in a different size or order any other item that you like.


2.      International Customers


Return requests originating from international customers are handled via eShipped.


Unfortunately, there is a strict no-returns policy for International Orders at www.magcorpmall.com



This voucher will be redeemable on our website for the price of the item that you just returned. You can use that coupon to order the same item in a different size or order any other item that you like!


Please note that items must be in an unused condition and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any).



CANCELLATIONS


At Magcorp, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you want. If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch most orders within 2 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.


Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within 2 hours so its important that you notify us at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send an order cancellation request to magcorp Customer Service at customer@magcorpmall.com or call us on +2348161616429 and we will take care of everything!


If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. The best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher.
